Returns & Exchanges policy
Refund
We don't offer a full refund or return unless the items to be returned are damaged or defective.
If the item has arrived with a defect, you must contact us immediately to be able to start the process within the next 24h. In this case, the cost of the return will be covered by JESSICA K.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within a specified timeframe.
In the event that the client decides to request a refund, we provide an alternative option in the form of store credit, which is valid for a duration of 30 days.
Exchange
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchange policy lasts 2 weeks. If 2 weeks have passed since your purchase, we can't offer you a full exchange.
Shipping returns and exchanges
To return your product, you should mail your product to: info@jessica-k.com explaining the reason for your return.
Remember to also provide us with your name, your address, and your order number. In order to receive a return label issued by our shipping partner DHL, contact the team on info@jessica-k.com and they will send you the label to print out.
Once you print it out, you can contact your DHL express local office to pass by your location and pick up the returning package.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
