We deliver to most countries that our logistics partners have affiliates in and whilst we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly, and safely. For a list of countries that we deliver to and our charges, you may select your item and proceed to the checkout page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within two days. You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the order number and invoice.

It will be shipped via DHL Express for international deliveries. All our products ship from Lebanon to the destination of your choice around the globe (excluding Israel).

Your package (if available in stock) will be shipped to the address you specified within 2-7 business day. Due to the current political situation, we regret to inform you that DHL delivery services to Saudi Arabia are currently unavailable. As an alternative, we anticipate that orders will take a minimum of 10 working days to reach you, contingent upon the availability of travelers.

Shipping fees apply when shipping outside Lebanon, based on the DHL Express rates.

Local Deliveries

If the item is available in stock it will take 24 – 48 hours for delivery within Lebanon.

If the item is out of stock but eligible for re-order, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for production.

Once the order is ready to be dispatched, someone from the team will contact to arrange the local delivery.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates. However, rest assured that your order is safely on its way and may track its status by contacting us on info@jessica-k.com.

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

NB: customs are not included in the shipping fee.

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers.
